Notice that the Manufacturers' pictures show them holding just a few lids of the same kind...

...but most of us have a variety of lids.
Notice the three empty, unusable slots.
No matter what, these are top-heavy when fully loaded.
(This model is better than most with its wider feet.)

 

If your lids have handles, they catch
on each other when you take lids out.

 

When you do get them out, you can't put them back in

They can only accommodate "flat" lids.
